În perioada aprilie–iunie 2025, echipa NCP@UEFISCDI a desfășurat o amplă campanie de consultare cu aplicanți români la Horizon Europe, prin chestionare online și interviuri individuale. La aceste activități au răspuns peste 200 de persoane din universități, institute de cercetare, IMM-uri și ONG-uri.

Ce am aflat? Participanții au semnalat o serie de provocări importante: lipsa încrederii în aplicare, dificultăți în redactarea propunerilor, neclarități privind platforma F&T, acces limitat la parteneriate și sprijin personalizat.

Ce am făcut concret? Pe baza recomandărilor primite:

• Am refăcut complet site-ul NCP@UEFISCDI – www.ncp.uefiscdi.ro – acum mai clar, mai ușor de folosit, cu ghiduri, modele, exemple și informații filtrabile în funcție de apel sau program.

• Extindem seria de traininguri și sesiuni 1:1, cu focus pe redactarea propunerilor, rescriere, structurarea ideilor și simularea procesului de evaluare.

• Pregătim noi resurse video, sprijin tematic și asistență pentru creșterea vizibilității instituțiilor românești.

Toate aceste schimbări au fost posibile datorită feedback-ului valoros primit direct de la dumneavoastră. Vă mulțumim pentru implicare și vom continua să vă consultăm și să construim împreună un sistem de sprijin eficient și adaptat realităților din teren.
