Microlearning: How to read a Horizon Europe call topic

Part of the “Proposal Assistance” Microlearning series - NCP@UEFISCDI

What the course is about
This short microlearning module (≈ 15 minutes) helps you understand and interpret Horizon Europe call texts,  a critical skill for writing successful proposals.

You will learn how to:
  • Identify the structure and key elements of a call (Destination, Scope, Expected Outcomes, etc.);
  • Distinguish between outputs, outcomes, and impacts, and see what evaluators expect;
  • Check eligibility rules and build a strong, complementary consortium;
  • Recognize how each part of the call connects to the evaluation criteria of Excellence, Impact, and Implementation.

By the end, you’ll be able to read any call text strategically — extracting what truly matters for your project idea and ensuring your proposal aligns with the European Commission’s expectations.
