EIT Culture & Creativity has launched its first call

The submission system will be opened on 17 April 2023, and the deadline for submitting proposals is 31 May 2023, 16:00 CET.

EIT's new knowledge and innovation community - Culture & Creativity has launched its first call for proposals. These calls will focus on activities that have the potential to strengthen entrepreneurship, innovation capacity and accelerate the competitiveness of European cultural and creative industries (CCSI) sectors and industries and Europe's green, digital and social transitions.


EIT Culture & Creativity will run 10 action programs (AP) to pursue five strategic objectives: education, innovation, creation, society, systems.

The funding for 2024 is 10.45 million euros.


With its first calls, EIT Culture & Creativity invites proposals for activities to be part of its business plan in 2024-2025.


The five calls are:

– EDUCATION - Action Program 1 (AP1) - Talent Scaler

– EDUCATION - Action Program 2 (AP2) - Skills Fitter

– INNOVATION - Action Program 3 (AP3) - Breakthrough Lab

– CREATION - Action Program 5 (AP5) - Venture Factory

– SOCIETY - Action Program 8 (AP8) - Community Catalyst


All CCSI stakeholders and legal entities in the EU Member States and Associated Countries to the Horizon Europe Program are eligible to apply.The specific conditions regarding the composition and coordination of the consortium, as well as the need for co-financing, are specified for each call.
